充滿怒火

或者真係要去上下堂,學下Anger Management,因為發現近日好難收起我嘅怒火。

首當其衝當然係小巨人,今日連蘇太太都不能幸免。其實我心入面都唔係想咁做,但係就好似雙眼著火, 咩都唔理,發左脾氣先算! 情緒好唔穩定同大起大落,心情一時好煩燥,一時又會想大喊, 點算好呢?
